1. Heating Structure

Infrared heating, make the PP temperature uniform, which is conducive to the bubble shell molding.

2. Forming Structure

Bubble shell molding is to use the cylinder driven mechanical stretching combined with positive pressure blowing principle, 

so that the thickness of the forming bubble shell is uniform and more crisp and beautiful.

3. Punching Structure

Cutting knife uses laser knife. If you need hardware knife, it needs special mold steel after quenching treatment, 

refined by the processing center to ensure the longer life of the blade and the four sides of the bubble shell without burr.
